Food Sadhana

The most important part of nourishing our bodies is the practice of food Sadhana. It is the quiet respectful act of taking in food with intention. In return we ingest our meal in a healthy manner and it ultimately gives us more Prana/ life force energy and less Ama/ toxins from improperly digested food.

Sadhana Chat: One on one conversation looking at how, what, when, where & why you eat your food. This is to help create a sacred art of nourishing your body.
